DH Care Group is an Occupational Health, Wellness and Safety Company offering a variety of health, wellness and safety related services. We provide professionally trained personnel, registered with the respective professional Boards of Authority. DH Care Group is passionate about caring for the Employee while ensuring the Employer is looked after in terms of legislative obligations.

Our Objectives:

  • To ensure that each employee is physically fit and able to perform his/her duties/tasks according to the job description for which they have been appointed.
  • To provide emotional and social support through EAP Services to employees at the workplace dealing with work related challenges such as stress and incident trauma.
  • To provide counselling to employees and individuals at the workplace and outside dealing with various life challenges such as stress, divorce, trauma, financial difficulties, substance abuse etc.

Our Solution

Our qualified personnel, with the necessary specialized equipment, can provide the services at your convenience, within your office or site environment. This means no time wasted away from the office/workplace and minimal impact on normal productivity. Having provided the necessary services, we will issue a full report, and specifically in terms of worker fitness related services, a Certificate of Fitness.

Our Proposal

  • An Occupational Health Nursing Practitioner / Occupational Medical Practitioner on-site to perform the medical evaluation according to the risk assessment and job specifications and provide you with feedback/results in the form of a Certificate of Fitness.
  • An Registered Nurse / Occupational Health Nursing Practitioner on-site to provide your workers with Wellness Days where employees can go for a basic medical check-up and health education.
  • A qualified Audiometrist on-site who will perform a hearing test determining and monitoring the risk of Noise Induced Hearing Loss  and refer where necessary.
  • A qualified Spirometrist on-site who will perform a lung function test determining and monitoring lung function capacity and refer where necessary.
  • A qualified Employee Assistance Practitioner/Counsellor/Social Worker on-site, who will assist with social and emotional support where necessary, which will lead to less absenteeism and higher productivity and no time away from the office/workplace.
  • A qualified Registered Nurse / Occupational Health Nursing Practitioner / Counsellor to provide random on-site multi-drug testing, given that a Substance Abuse Policy is in place.
